About This Edition

Timely data. Faster decisions.

In the past, the NPUC waited until all utility data was in before publishing, which often meant analyzing data that was nearly two years old. The Spring 2025 Report changed that. By publishing the most complete snapshot available as of January 2025, we gave utilities, policymakers, and investors access to 2023 data months earlier than the traditional timeline allowed. The Fall 2025 edition followed to capture the remaining data and close the gap entirely.
