About This Edition

Two enhancements. Sharper insights.

This edition builds on the Spring 2025 report by capturing remaining 2023 data and any available 2024 disclosures as of July 2025. Two new enhancements sharpen the analysis: methane emissions tracking, which adds a greenhouse gas more than 80 times more potent than CO2, and a weighted scoring system that ranks each metric by its true impact on greenhouse gas reduction. Together they give utilities, investors, and policymakers the clearest view yet of who is making real progress.
