Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan and Organize
  • Support the Motive Power Engagement Manager and other team leads to define the
  • business solution based on the Client’s specific needs
  • Create and maintain MS Project Plans – Define Tasks, Utilize Work Breakdown Structures
• (WBS), Maintain Predecessors/Successors, Level Resources, Set Baselines
  • Develop, support, and maintain other project progress tracking tools as required
  • Measure progress to activities and milestones in MS Project plans and other progress tracking tools
  • Track project metrics based on MS Project Plan
  • Analyze and report on schedule accuracy
• Execute
  • Produce, review, and gain approval on specific deliverables for each engagement per the MS Project plan and the Statement of Work (SOW)
  • Provide pro-active, timely, and bullet-proof direct analysis support to the Engagement Manager or other Motive Power team leads using MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint as required
• Communicate
  • Report to Motive Power Leadership Team and Client Management with timely and actionable updates
  • Report to Core and Extended Team members ensuring all applicable cross-functional personnel are up-to-date on project lifecycle status and their responsibilities
  • Tools: Meeting Minutes, Action Registers, Risk Logs, Milestones and Ad Hoc Status Reports
• Manage Issues and Risk
  • Track Risks, facilitate Risk Assessments, and formulate Risk Mitigations and Controls
  • Support the Motive Power Project Lead/Manager in Identifying, Resolving, and Tracking Issues
  • Escalate Issues and Risks in order to determine solutions to prevent schedule slippage
• Facilitate
  • Facilitate daily and weekly focused and cross-functional meetings
  • Keep and distribute Meeting Minutes, Decisions, and Action Items
  • Follow up with team members accountable for Action Items
  • Notify Motive Power Leadership Team of appropriate change control
