For those individuals who are not involved in the Project Management industry, those certifications sound baffling and confusing. Scrum

PMP
The Project Management Professional (PMP)® is the most important industry-recognized certification for project managers. As a PMP, you can work in virtually any industry, with any methodology and in any location.
Prosci
Prosci offers a number of advanced Change Management certifications for Project Managers and Consultants. The Prosci learning program teaches how to apply change management to your existing projects. Combining the Prosci methodology, tools and the Prosci ADKAR® Model.
